I had a ski accident in 2023 and did a tibial plateau fracture, resulting in multiple metal plates and screws in my leg. Using the Women's Winter Snow Sport Base Layer really helped my leg muscles from getting too fatigued while skiing and also helped my recovery ready to tackle the slopes the next day.

Really enjoyed skiing this year wearing the Imbrace leggings. Felt more in control and no knee pain or fatigue. A really good product.

just back from Utah, park city and wore these snow sport/ski leggings almost every day for a month while skiing. my wife had my pair that were too small. Both of us came to think of these pants as a vital base layer to keep us warm, and keep our core and our knees supported; I even forgot i was wearing them most of the time. one note, the mens leggings have a front "access" point, which means you can wee easily, without having to pull everything down (like other tights/baselayers), which i really appreciated in -10degrees. great fit and service, where i was offered to return a pair if they did not fit properly (but my wife took them!). i am now ordering a pair of the sports leggings to try for tennis and wildlife photography/hiking. i have been asked to write this review but i am not compensated in any way.
my only wish is that they were a bit cheaper.....but you do get what you pay for.....

I've used elastic bandage for my knees for skiing for ever. After a week's full-on skiing recently I had real problems with my ageing knees and purchased these leggings after researching and looking at reviews. I have not been disappointed. Although quite costly the quality is excellent. The fit was as expected and comfortable. Unfortunately they didn't prevent knee problems completely but they performed much better than the elastic bandage and gave me greater confidence for a longer day's skiing. Good warm layer also without being bulky. Happy to recommend

Due to years of training I have pretty bad knees. I have arthritis in one (and tore my VMO muscle) and repaired ACL and Meniscus in the other. I only started skiing last year and I was terrified. I wore knee supports and tried to take it easy, but I love to be active. I have tried lots of knee supports and for short periods they are great, but wearing them under clothing especially when skiing was not good. They would bunch up, fall down, twist. It was horrid.
I found Imbrace through social media, I looked at them and thought that is a lot of money to spend on a pair of leggings. I was worried they would just be another "thing" that promised lots and delivered little. But I read the reviews and I thought that give so many people had suffered similar issues to me, bought the leggings and then written good reviews, I didn't have anything to lose. I purchased a pair of the mens winter sports base layer and a pair of the discounted recovery leggings. I wore the base layer 6 out of 7 days skiing. My knees did not suffer, I felt supported, warm, and they just didn't move from the places they were meant to support. Geoff was super responsive when I had to return a pair, and he dealt with any queries almost immediately.
I don't know what it is about the base layer, but even after wearing them day after day, they still remained fresh, they remained fitting and they gave me great support. For me it is about confidence and these gave me tonnes of confidence. I do a lot of sport, I recently did the 3 peaks and I would have loved to have been wearing a pair of Imbrace leggings to help me, I will ensure that any significant challenges I take on in the near future will feature these leggings, they are as good as they seem and I am so glad that I found this product and will certainly be buying more pairs in the future.
