Exchanges, Returns, & Shipping

UK Exchanges & Returns

For UK customers, we’ve made exchanges and returns simple. To start an exchange or return, please use our returns portal below:

If you’re unsure on sizing, we always recommend an exchange where possible. Our team will help you find the best option quickly.

Refunds (UK)

Refunds are available within 30 days of fulfilment.
A £3 return fee will be deducted for each pair of leggings returned to cover return postage, valeting, and restocking.
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
We cannot accept socks for return unless the card label (hygiene seal) is intact. Please open the protective outer package carefully to allow for inspection.
Items returned in an unsaleable condition may be refused or returned to the customer.

Order Fulfilment & Shipping (UK)

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched Monday to Friday.

Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday.
This means orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not arrive until Tuesday at the earliest, even if 24-hour shipping is selected.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail using tracked 24-hour or 48-hour services.
If you provide your email address at checkout, you’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. 

Royal Mail tracked 24-hour is a priority service, but not guaranteed.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to ANZ, the AU, Canada, Japan, and the USA. (Other regions may be available - please contact us for details)

Tariffs, Duties & Customs Charges

Tariffs, duties, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
By law, we must declare the full value of the package contents.
Many countries have duty-free allowances for personal goods — these vary by destination.

International Exchanges

To minimise delays, we can dispatch an exchange once confirmation is provided that the original item has been handed to the carrier (photo of receipt required).
Alternatively, you may place a new order for the correct item and return the original in line with our standard returns process.
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

International Returns

International customers should email returns@imbrace.com to initiate a return. You are responsible for returning the item to the appropriate return centre (ANZ, US, or UK). We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service, as we are not responsible for items until received.

Postage costs are non-refundable.
International refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

Promotion Codes

Promotion codes cannot be combined. If an item is returned from a multi-item order where a promotion was applied, the refund will be calculated based on the lowest-priced item first.

The Small Print

We aim to offer a fair and flexible returns and exchanges policy.
However, excessive or unreasonable return activity may result in future orders being refused at our discretion.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
