UK Exchanges & Returns
For UK customers, we’ve made returns and exchanges effortless with Loop. Simply visit our returns portal, follow the steps, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Exchanges
For UK customers, we offer fast exchanges through the Loop portal. Simply follow the steps in our returns portal. Exchanges are subject to availability, and if the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
UK Returns
For UK customers, returns and exchanges are now processed through our Loop returns portal. Exchanges are free, and returns are subject to a £4 per item return and a £3 restocking fee. Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Leggings not properly folded will incur a £10 refurbishing fee.
Order Fulfilment & Shipping
We fulfil and dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed over a weekend will dispatch on Monday. This means that orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not arrive until Tuesday at the earliest (even if 24-hour shipping is specified).
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail using 24 hour or 48 hour tracked delivery. If you provide your email address at checkout, you will receive a tracking number when they dispatch.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to ANZ, the EU, Canada, Japan and USA. (Other regions are available - please contact us)
Tariffs, Duty & Customer charges
Tariffs, duties and customer charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Some locations we ship to may attract tariffs, duty and customs charges. These are the responsibility of the customer. By law, we must declare the full value* of the package contents.
*Most countries have a duty-free allowance for goods for personal use. This varies from country to country.
International Exchanges
To avoid delays for exchanges, we dispatch the exchange item on receipt of confirmation that the items you are exchanging have been received by the carrier. (picture of receipt issued by carrier)

You can place a new order for the correct size/item and return the original item as per our standard returns policy. A refund will be processed once the returned item has been received and checked.
International Returns
For international customers, the return process remains unchanged. Please contact returns@imbrace.com to initiate a return. You are responsible for returning the item to our ANZ, US or UK return centre. We strongly advise using a trackable courier service as we are not responsible for the item until received. We do not refund postage costs. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.
Promotion Codes
Promotion codes cannot be combined. If returning an item from a multi-item purchase where a code was applied, the refund will be calculated based on the lowest-priced item first.
The Small Print
We offer a flexible returns and exchanges policy to make your shopping experience easier. However, excessive returns or exchanges may result in future orders being refused at our discretion.

UK customers will receive a prepaid return label via Loop.
Return or Exchange the item within 30 days of purchase.
Once received and accepted, refunds will be processed within 21 days.
Exchanges are dispatched on confirmation of the item being posted.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
