Exchanges, Returns, & Shipping

UK Exchanges & Returns
For UK customers, we’ve made returns and exchanges effortless with Loop. Simply visit our returns portal, follow the steps, and we’ll take care of the rest.

For customers outside the UK, the process remains the same as before. You’ll need to arrange the return to our US return centre or back to us in the UK. Please contact us at returns@imbrace.com for further information.

Shipping
We fulfil and dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed over a weekend will dispatch on Monday. This means that orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not arrive until Tuesday at the earliest (even if 24-hour shipping is specified).

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail, with 24-hour and 48-hour tracked options available. If you provide an email address at checkout, you will receive a tracking number when dispatched.

International shipping is available to the USA, Canada, and the EU. Some orders may attract duty and customs charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. By law, we must declare the full value of the package contents.

Returns
For UK customers, returns and exchanges are now processed through our Loop returns portal. Exchanges are free, and returns are subject to a £3.00 per item return and restocking fee. Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Leggings not properly folded will incur a £10 refurbishing fee.

For international customers, the return process remains unchanged. Please contact returns@imbrace.com to initiate a return. You are responsible for returning the item to our US or UK return centre using a trackable courier service. We do not refund postage costs.

Exchanges
For UK customers, exchanges are now managed through Loop. Simply follow the steps in our returns portal. Exchanges are subject to availability, and if the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

For international customers, you will need to place a new order for the correct size and return the original item as per our standard returns policy. A refund will be processed once the returned item has been received and checked.

Promotion Codes
Promotion codes cannot be combined. If returning an item from a multi-item purchase where a code was applied, the refund will be calculated based on the lowest-priced item first.

The Small Print
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your shopping experience easier. Excessive returns may result in future orders being refused at our discretion.

International Exchanges & Returns
For international customers, returns and exchanges follow our original process. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.

Returns Process
Contact us at returns@imbrace.com to confirm the reason for your return.
UK customers will receive a prepaid return label via Loop.
Return the item within 30 days of purchase.
Once received and accepted, refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Exchanges (UK only) will be dispatched within 14 days of receipt.This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
