UK Exchanges & Returns
For UK customers, returns and exchanges are currently handled directly by our team. Simply email returns@imbrace.com with your order number and request, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Exchanges
We offer fast exchanges where stock is available.
Simply contact returns@imbrace.com with your order details, and we’ll arrange your exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability, and if the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Returns
Returns are subject to a £4 postage charge. We may charge a discretionary £2 per item restocking fee for orders returned in full.
(This does not affect orders for multiple items to try for sizing when one or more items are retained.)
Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Leggings not properly folded will incur a £10 refurbishing fee.
Order Fulfilment & Shipping
Orders are fulfilled and dispatched Monday to Friday.
Orders placed over a weekend are dispatched on Monday.
This means that orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not arrive until Tuesday at the earliest (even if 24-hour shipping is specified).
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail using 24-hour or 48-hour tracked delivery.
If you provide your email address at checkout, you’ll receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to ANZ, the EU, Canada, Japan, and the USA. (Other regions available — please contact us.)
Tariffs, Duty & Customer Charges
Tariffs, duties, and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Some locations may attract additional fees.
By law, we must declare the full value* of the package contents.
*Most countries have a duty-free allowance for goods for personal use. This varies by country.
International Exchanges
To avoid delays, we can dispatch the exchange item upon confirmation that your original item has been handed to the carrier (photo of receipt required).
Alternatively, you can place a new order for the correct size/item and return the original as per our standard returns policy.
A refund will be processed once the returned item is received and checked.
International Returns
For international customers, please email returns@imbrace.com to initiate a return.
You are responsible for returning the item to our ANZ, US, or UK return centre.
We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for items until received.
We do not refund postage costs. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.
Promotion Codes
Promotion codes cannot be combined.
If returning an item from a multi-item purchase where a code was applied, the refund will be calculated based on the lowest-priced item first.
The Small Print
We offer a flexible returns and exchanges policy to make your shopping experience easier. However, excessive returns or exchanges may result in future orders being refused at our discretion.

Return or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase.
Once received and accepted, refunds will be processed within 21 days.
Exchanges are dispatched on confirmation of the item being posted.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
