After some fantastic customer service from Geoff to get the correct size and style I was all set to go skiing. I settled for the dynamic 3/4. Im now currently skiing in whistler. I’m 4 days in and have not had any leg burn or issues with an old knee injury. I’m amazed I can ski longer down a run before I have to stop as the leg burn is not there. Also I’m finding I don’t have sore legs at night once you stop. I know it’s sound to good to be true and because of the cost I was hesitant, but all I can say is WOW what a product.
For about a decade my knees have been very weak on downhills. I tried Imbrace yesterday for the first time and was able to run the last 500m after climbing Ben Nevis. I have no pain today and am ready for another walk. This is really a game changer. Downhill skiing is even back on the agenda. Wow!!!
My knees are not great. I have rheumatoid arthritis and have had an arthroscopy on one knee as well. I thought I would try these out in the gym and have been pleasantly surprised. They provide just enough support around the knees that I'm able to squat or lunge that little bit deeper. I probably wouldn't wear them for skiing as I feel I would be happier using my trusted knee braces which are a little more snug. Although I ordered a 'medium' size and they fit reasonably well, they are long in the body and I'm sure a 'petite' option would be better.
Never thought I’d ski again after a knee injury 4 yrs ago and arthritic joints ( I’m a podgy 57 yr old mother of three!). When I saw these and read the reviews I invested in a pair of the WOMEN'S DYNAMIC+ 'CAPRI STYLE' 3/4 LENGTH KNEE SUPPORT LEGGING. The size and length were perfect for me, even being a short woman at 5’ tall. Yes, they are tight, being compression leggings, and you need to pull them on carefully as if getting in to a wetsuit! If you do that and then wiggle a bit they become a second skin.
I cannot praise them enough - not a twinge from my dodgy knee and I felt supported on my lower back, hips and knees, I
managed 3.5 days of skiing red runs in Switzerland! They really exceeded my expectations.
I will certainly use them now to get fitter as I know they will protect my knee joints. I’ve rediscovered the ability to move more athletically, without worrying about my knee buckling or twisting. These are my new best friend. Fantastic!
Disappointed. I spent a few weeks looking at reviews on a number of products. Finally decided on these but read they ran small so I ordered the large. I am 5'8 and 150 pounds and have very long legs. They were way too big. I was already in Colorado for my trip when they arrived. I would say they had very little compression, mainly because they were just too big. I will say they were warm. I was skiing in 5 degree temps and they kept my legs warm but expensive as a leg warmer. I saw no benefit from the compression.
