Imbrace 1 Year Limited Warranty (UK)

In addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, Imbrace provides a voluntary 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty covers:

• Seam failure
• Panel lamination defects

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence
• Failure to follow care instructions, including laundering and drying instructions
• Accidental rips, cuts, or tears not caused by a manufacturing defect
• Fair wear and tear from normal use
• Minor cosmetic changes from normal use, including surface rubbing, scratches, deformation, or natural fading of colours that do not affect product performance
• Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired outside our authorised repair service
• Products purchased from unauthorised resellers
• Damage caused by use outside the intended purpose or recommended use of the product

Making a warranty claim

• Proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the product where applicable

If a valid warranty claim is accepted, Imbrace may, at its discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Provide a refund where repair or replacement is not reasonably available

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Imbrace or authorised retailers. Your statutory rights against the seller remain unaffected.

This warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
