If an eligible pair of Imbrace leggings covered by the Promise suffers accidental physical damage, you can purchase one replacement pair for 50% off the then-current UK RRP.
The Promise lasts for as long as the original purchaser owns the eligible leggings.
What’s covered?
Accidental physical damage caused by a specific event that affects the normal use or performance of your leggings, including tearing, ripping or snagging.
What’s not covered?
Normal wear and tear, gradual deterioration, loss of elasticity or performance through prolonged use, fading, pilling, thinning, abrasion, cosmetic damage, incorrect care or washing, misuse, deliberate damage, loss or theft.
Important information
- £10 one-off payment per order.
- Covers eligible leggings within that order.
- Maximum of one discounted replacement pair per covered order.
- Replacement is 50% off the then-current UK RRP.
- Delivery charges apply to the replacement.
- The replacement discount cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- Replacement products are subject to availability. If the original model is discontinued, the nearest current equivalent may be offered.
- A replacement pair does not automatically inherit the original Promise.
- Proof of purchase, photographs and details of the damage may be required when making a claim.
- The Promise is separate from Imbrace's standard one-year manufacturer's warranty.
