Imbrace Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise

Our Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise gives you peace of mind if your Imbrace leggings are accidentally damaged.
For a one-off payment of £10, if an eligible pair of Imbrace leggings covered by the Promise suffers accidental physical damage, you can purchase one replacement pair at 50% off the then-current UK RRP.
Cover starts from the date of purchase and lasts for the lifetime of the eligible leggings.
The Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise is separate from, and in addition to, our standard 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing and material defects.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. What you receive
The Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise entitles the original purchaser to one replacement pair of Imbrace leggings at 50% off the then-current UK RRP if an eligible pair covered by the Promise suffers accidental physical damage.
Cover applies from the date of purchase and continues for the lifetime of the eligible leggings, subject to these terms.
Once a replacement has been supplied under the Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise, the Promise for that order has been fully redeemed and ends.
2. Cost and eligible products
The Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise costs £10 per order and must be purchased at the same time as the eligible Imbrace leggings.
It cannot be added retrospectively to an order.
End of Line, Clearance, Outlet or other products specifically identified by Imbrace as being excluded from the Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise are not eligible for the Promise.
Where an order contains both eligible products and End of Line or other excluded products, the Promise will apply only to the eligible products within that order.
3. Orders containing more than one pair
Where an order contains multiple eligible pairs of Imbrace leggings, a single £10 Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise covers all eligible pairs within that order.
However, the Promise provides a maximum of one discounted replacement pair per order, irrespective of the number of pairs originally purchased.
For example, if three eligible pairs are purchased in one order with the Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise, any one of those three pairs may subsequently qualify for replacement. Once a replacement has been provided, no further claims can be made under the Promise for any of the other pairs in that order.
4. Lifetime
For the purposes of the Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise, “Lifetime” means for as long as the original purchaser owns the eligible leggings.
“Lifetime” does not mean that the leggings themselves are guaranteed to last for the lifetime of the purchaser, nor does it provide cover for a garment simply reaching the end of its reasonable useful life through age, wear or repeated use.
The Promise is personal to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred or sold with the product.
5. What is covered
The Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise covers accidental physical damage caused by a specific event which affects the normal use or performance of the leggings.
Cover begins from the date of purchase. You therefore do not need to wait until the 1-year manufacturer’s warranty has expired before making a claim for accidental damage.
Examples may include accidental tearing, ripping, snagging or other significant physical damage occurring during normal sporting, leisure or everyday use.
The Promise does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear.
• Gradual deterioration through age, washing or repeated use.
• A reduction in elasticity, support or performance resulting from normal prolonged use.
• Fading, pilling, thinning or abrasion occurring gradually through normal use.
• A garment simply reaching the end of its reasonable useful life.
• Minor cosmetic damage which does not materially affect the normal use or performance of the leggings.
• Damage caused by incorrect care or washing.
• Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow Imbrace care instructions.
• Deliberate or intentional damage.
• Loss or theft.
• End of Line, Clearance, Outlet or other products specifically identified as being excluded from the Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise.
Imbrace reserves the right to determine whether damage qualifies under the Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise, acting reasonably.
6. Our standard 1-year manufacturer’s warranty
The Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise is separate from, and does not replace or reduce, the protection provided by the Imbrace 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing and material defects, or your statutory consumer rights.
Where a manufacturing or material defect arises within the applicable warranty period, it will continue to be dealt with under our standard warranty terms and will not use up your Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise.
In simple terms:
Manufacturing or material defect → 1-year manufacturer’s warranty
Accidental physical damage → Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise
Normal wear and tear or ageing → not covered
7. Making a claim
To make a claim, you will need to provide:
• Your original Imbrace order number or other satisfactory proof of purchase.
• Photographs clearly showing the damaged leggings.
• A brief explanation of how and when the accidental damage occurred.
• Any additional information reasonably requested by Imbrace to assess the claim.
We may occasionally ask for the damaged leggings to be returned to us before approving a replacement.
8. Replacement product
Where your claim is accepted, you will be entitled to purchase one replacement pair at 50% of its then-current UK RRP.
Where possible, we will offer the same model as the damaged pair.
If that model has been discontinued or is no longer available, Imbrace may offer the nearest equivalent current model.
Replacement is subject to product and size availability.
End of Line, Clearance or Outlet products cannot be selected as a replacement product under the Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise.
The Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise does not guarantee continued availability of any particular model, colour or design.
9. Promotions and discounts
The 50% Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise discount is calculated against the replacement product’s then-current UK RRP.
It cannot be combined with sale pricing, promotional codes, affiliate discounts or any other offer.
10. Delivery
Any applicable delivery charge for the replacement pair will be payable by the customer.
11. Replacement pairs
A replacement pair purchased using the Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise does not inherit the original Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise.
The customer may purchase a new Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise for the replacement pair, if the scheme is available at the time of replacement.
The replacement pair will nevertheless have the standard Imbrace manufacturer’s warranty applicable to new products at the time it is supplied.
12. Returns
A replacement pair purchased under the Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise remains subject to Imbrace’s normal statutory consumer rights and applicable returns policy.
Any refund due following the return of a replacement pair will be based on the amount actually paid for that replacement pair.
13. Cancellation and refunds
Your rights to cancel the Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise are subject to your statutory consumer rights.
If the original order is cancelled and all eligible leggings are returned for a refund within the applicable cancellation/returns period without the Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise having been used, the £10 charge will also be refunded.
If only some of the leggings from a multi-pair order are returned, the Promise will continue to apply to the eligible leggings retained by the customer.
14. Statutory rights
The Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise is an additional benefit provided by Imbrace and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies which cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
15. Administration
The Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise is provided by Imbrace Ltd.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise for future purchases.
Any such change will not affect a Lifetime Damage Replacement Promise already purchased, which will continue to be honoured in accordance with the terms applying at the time of purchase.
