Shipping
We fulfil and dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed over a weekend will dispatch on Monday.
UK we offer both 24 and 48 hour tracked shipping in the UK. Both services are through Royal Mail, and provided you give an email address when you place your order you will receive a tracking number when dispatched.
International shipping we offer competitive international shipping to the USA, Canada and EU at checkout. In certain countries your order may attract duty and customs charges. In many cases duty in payable on orders over a certain value. Please confirm this value especially if you are placing orders for multiple items. You may be able to save costs by ordering items separately. We operate a duty recovery scheme through the courier services that we offer. In many cases we can recover the duty (but not admin fees) for you. This service is not available using the Royal Mail options. Returns
We offer low cost returns and free exchanges* for IMBRACE products purchased in the UK within the first 30 days of purchase. If you want to return a product(s) because it is not the right size please follow the instructions below. Please see the Product Warranty Page for warranty returns.
Please be aware that to return any IMBRACE product(s) Items being returned must be; unworn, unused and unwashed with all original undamaged IMBRACE tags, labels and packaging (if applicable) still attached. Please fold the leggings carefully and replace them in the protective bag. Leggings that are not folded/crumpled up will be charged a £10 fee to refurbish them for resale. This will be deducted from your refund. A refund fee of £3.00 per item will be deducted from your refund to cover postage and restocking costs.
Returns that show signs of use, washing and/or the packaging or labels are damaged or removed, will not be accepted and we may return the relevant IMBRACE product(s) to you.
Free returns* only applies to IMBRACE products purchased via our webshop or authorised affiliates at www.imbrace.com within the UK.
This returns policy does not apply to purchases of IMBRACE products from third party sellers. If you have purchased IMBRACE product(s) from a third party seller and you wish to exchange the relevant product(s), please contact the party that you purchased the product(s) from.
Exchanges
Provided we receive the IMBRACE product(s) as per our returns policy we will, if requested, exchange them for a different size. All exchanges are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to provide a refund rather than exchange in all circumstances.
Promotion Codes
Promotion codes are stand alone and cannot be used with any other code for multiple discounts. Where the code gives a discount for multiple item purchases – in the event that you wish to return an item for a refund the refund will be given for the lowest priced item(s) first.
The small print;
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. In an instance when you have purchased, and wish to return multiple items we reserve the right to charge restocking fee – this fee is currently £5.00 per item. If a restocking fee(s) is/are levied they will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
*We monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued or excessive returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to future orders being refused.

Returns for Refund
Please contact us at returns@imbrace.com to let us know you want to return an item. Please include your name and order number in the email.
We will acknowledge your request by email within 2 working days and will include all information you will need to forward the item to our return center.
You are responsible for returning the item(s) to our US return center. We strongly recommend that you use a courier service that allows you to track your return. We take no responsibility for items until they arrive at our return center.
Once the order has been received it will be checked - and provided it meets our return policy you will receive a refund for the purchase price. Please note we do not refund postage or courier services. Refunds can take up to 30 days to show on your statement.
Return for Exchange
For exchanges - to speed up the process; order the new item/size that you require at www.imbrace.com to replace the one you are exchanging.
Send the item you are exchanging at our return center you will be refunded for the original order (provided it meets our return policy). Please note; we do not refund postage or courier services. Refunds can take up to 30 days to show your statement.
