We stand by the quality of our products. Your purchase is covered by the IMBRACE 24 month warranty. You don’t need to register your product – but keep your receipt. Send it through with a description of the product fault if you need to make a warranty claim.* The small print;

  • You can make a warranty claim if you have purchased from imbrace.com or one of our authorised affiliate partners.
  • IMBRACE products are covered by our manufacturer’s warranty – it covers stitched seams, and manufacturing defects.
  • What’s not covered; Wear and tear, rubbing to neoprene panels or wear and tear and fading of printed logo’s.

The warranty becomes void if it is clear that the product has been worn incorrectly. The instructions for putting them on have not been followed, if the product has been exposed to heat or flame, if the product has not been cared for correctly including washing in hot water, been exposed to chemicals such as bleach, chlorine, fabric softeners or detergents.  *Making a claim.  If you need to return a product please contact us to authorise a return before returning any item at returns@imbrace.com We cannot accept a warranty return without prior authorisation. We reserve the right to inspect claimed damage to products and to refuse to replace items that have suffered clear physical damage through misuse or incorrect use and to decide on the cause of damage and the claim outcome.
