At 62 I have quite a range of braces – mostly for my knees. I wore one most days. I gym a couple of times a week and go for a long country walk most weekends.

Straight out of the packaging, I liked them. But when I put them on….wow! Not only did I find them very comfortable – I was immediately aware of the support that the neoprene panels that wrapped my knees and ran up the thighs and along the back gave.

I also find I’m less achy after exercise or a long walk than I used to be when I wear the leggings. They are brilliant – an excellent bit of kit.
