Delivery charges are calculated automatically based on your region when you check out and before you place your order.
We accept all major credit and Debit Cards. We also accept Apple Pay and Klarna
We’re happy when you’re happy. We offer a straightforward exchange service so they’ll fit you properly. Get in touch at exchange@imbrace.com let us have your order number and whether you need a bigger or smaller pair – we will do the rest! (conditions apply – see T’s & C’s).
We know that sometimes the leggings don’t quite work for you. If you want to return them for a refund get in touch at; returns@imbrace.com (conditions apply – see Returns Policy).
We use couriers for all of our UK orders. Typically deliveries take 2 to 5 days from receipt of order.
The online shop is secure. Your data is not stored on the website. All transactions are through trusted third parties who handle your data and payment details remotely.
Your order is packed and shipped by our fulfilment provider. They automatically receive a copy of the order the you place it and keep you informed of it’s progress with regular updates. You will also receive a tracking number which will allow you to keep an eye on your order from pick up at the warehouse to delivery to your door.
When you place an order, you are sent a confirmation which details exactly what you have ordered and the costs. If you would like an Invoice, please email us with the purchase details including the order number and we will send you an Invoice.
